How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Frank Adler co-founded Operational Excellence Consulting in 2009 to follow his passion for Operational Excellence and to be able to work with organizations that share this passion.
Frank has over 20 years of domestic and international executive leadership experience in General Management, multi-site Operations & Supply Chain Management, Quality & Customer Support Management, and Operational Excellence & Lean Six Sigma.
He holds a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Freie University of Berlin (Germany) and a Ph.D. in Operations Research and Industrial Economics from the Helsinki University of Technology (Finland). He is a certified and experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with in-depth and hands-on expertise in implementing these concepts and tools in various organizations and industries.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
While our team is a fairly young organization founded in 2009 most people that work here are not. We all have worked for a variety of businesses, in many different countries and at all levels of an organization right up to GM, VP and COO.
