How long have you been in business?
Since January 1990.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential, income, commercial properties; including land, hospitality, retail.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While waiting for graduation, I was excepted to the College of osteopathic medicine in Pomona. Since I completed my bachelor of science in biology at UC Riverside in three and half years, I got a full-time job in the botany science – genetics Department running electrophoresis gels, at a chiropractor's office doing physical therapy, and and that Remax helping my mom sell real estate.
I began to enjoy the interaction with her clients and challenges that the 1989 down market posed. Every year is a learning experience: laws change, financial markets change.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
During the past two decades, I've been trained in probate sales, commercial sales, first-time homebuyer program, new home sales, job relocation sales, Luxury home sales, VA- Veteran sales, short sales, and bank owned sales.
I also have a team of experts including various escrow professionals, title professionals, financial professionals, thanks/lenders, home inspectors, home warranty representatives, Insurance agents, contractors, Interior design professionals, attorneys, accountants, appraiser and property management companies.
