How long have you been in business?
We're a family business. We opened our doors in 1966 and have operated continuously since that date. Our Copies&Ink division is part of Alpert's Printing Inc, which also encompasses our BrandOne Marketing division.
What is your primary product or service?
Copies&Ink excels in business printing, especially business communication such as newsletters and brochures.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in printing, swept the floors for dad as a kid. Worked at the print shop on the weekends while I worked on my fine arts major in college.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're the Nordstrom's of printing companies, a clearly higher level of service and a top selection of the best products and services available for your industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our plant and offices are based conveniently in Rancho Cucamonga, though many customers visit us on our website. Come in for a plant tour, and meet our people. If it helps, we can come to you, as well.

We're on Arrow Route, just 1 block east of Haven, in the Arrow Business Condos. You'll see us near the front of the complex. Arrow is about equidistant from the 10 and 210 Freeways, and just south of Foothill Blvd.

Major credit cards, check, cash, corporate and institutional open accounts.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Southern California, though we have many out of state customers.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We're family owned, with a tight knit crew of printing industry veterans at the helm every day.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday, opening at 8:30 a.m. 'til 5:30 p.m. or later by appointment.
