How long have you been in business?
Emma's has been in business since 1987.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer the finest in full service repairs and restorations of furniture, porcelain, silver, glass, canning, wicker, rushing, Victrola repair, lamp re-wiring and more! I have over 30 specialized craftsmen on contract for various repair and restorations services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I originally owned Emma's Trunk Antique Mall and offered a variety of service through the store. After Emma's closed the retail store in 2001, I retained the service end of the business and run that from my home. I offer personalized, door-to-door service at no additional charge!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Emma's offer free estimates and free pick up and delivery.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept, cash or personal check. Sorry, no credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Emma's serves most of the Inland Empire area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I personally run the business and you will always deal with me personally.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, roughly 9am to 5pm. When customers call and leave a message, I always return the call within 24 hours or less.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I think the best compliment is repeat business. It shows trust in my work. Emma's also has had many regular customers refer a friend and that too is a gee compliment.
