- The creation or modification of a budget, which will include our service and expected parts and upgrades. Computer Annex will work inside and manage this budget for you, whenever possible.
- • In-Depth Consultation
- A breakdown of your current level of technology, and the development of a growth plan, setting short and long term goals for the technology level of your company. This will be integrated into the budget and planned for in future service calls.
- • Scheduled Service Calls
- Scheduled service allows for preventative maintenance, a crucial need of ANY network. While on-site, our technicians will check system integrity, fix any new problems, verify successful backups, and more. This also allows time for user questions, which would not normally surface when a computer is broken. For example, teaching an employee to create word macros or excel formulas, solutions that will save your employees time and work, and allow higher efficiency.
